At a private event at the Hotel Bel-Air in Los Angeles, The SHISEIDO Group’s prestigious brand Clé de Peau Beauté announced Felicity Jones as the new face of a multi-channel global campaign.
The Academy-Award nominated actress was chosen was that the brand felt that she is ‘intelligent, uncompromising and exquisite’, therefore embodying the brand’s DNA. They further noted that “Her passion and uncompromising dedication to her craft is what makes her an aspirational personality; a woman who has made an impact on the world and those around her.”
The Hotel Bel-Air was transformed into an elegant celebration of light and radiance. The interior was glimmering with crystals and light with the brand’s signature palette of beige, cream and navy emphasizing the brand’s new tagline “Unlock the Power of Your Radiance. Every corner and area was an absolute visual feats ensuring that every angle would be ‘instagramable’.
Yukari Suzuki, the Chief Brand Officer of Clé de Peau Beauté, started the proceedings with a champagne toast which was followed by the global debut of the Clé de Peau Beauté Brand Essence video which was filmed in Croatia. Thereafter guests experienced the release of the new Spring/Summer 2018 campaign video entitled “A Radiant Day”. In this video Jones delivers a performance that ‘underscores the brand’s new positioning as the leading Global Luxury Beauty brand. The campaign was shot in London over the course of two days and will be released globally in online media placements as well as print across Russia, Asia, North America and Japan. Notable guests included Marianna Hewitt and Dylana, Alana Hadid, Larsen Thompson and Natalie Lim Suarez.

The new Spring/Summer 2018 product focus will be the new radiant lip gloss, staple foundation, new firming serum supreme, lipstick – including new shades and the re-energizing of la crème – the brand’s iconic, high-performance radiance-enhancing cream.
