In conjunction with the launch of WOMAN by Ralph Lauren, the #LeadLikeaWoman campaign was launched.
The platform’s goal and aim is to close the gap in leadership between men and woman. The platform is supported and propelled forward by a multitude of strong women, industry leaders and pro-women organisations. These partners and participants include the likes of Jessica Chastain, entrepreneurs, chefs, producers, directors philanthropists and various business leaders. These strong leaders will share their thoughts on leadership and how we all can empower one another to #LeadLikeaWoman. Started from May 2018, the campaign will see a series of three digital short films meant to provoke important discussions about women and leadership.
