Sometimes it can be difficult for a single person to stay disciplined and on track on his own. If you find yourself in a situation where it is becoming difficult for you to stay disciplined and on track, then consider finding an accountability partner.

An accountability partner does not need to be someone special, it can be someone from your close circle or someone that you easily trust such as a friend, family member, or spouse.

Share your progress with them on a weekly or daily basis and ask them to assess your progress. If they share the same goals as you, then it will become easier, as both of you can hold each other accountable for daily or weekly progress.
