This year’s programme promises even more unforgettable moments, with each day offering a unique blend of musical performances, delectable food, and family-friendly activities.

A Symphony of Sound: Proms in the Park

Saturday kicks off with the much-anticipated Proms in the Park, featuring the world-renowned Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra under the baton of conductor Pete Harrison.

Audiences will be treated to a spellbinding journey through the rich tapestry of orchestral music, from the timeless compositions of Bach and Mozart to the cinematic brilliance of John Williams.

Adding to the allure of the evening is the captivating presence of classical performer and Classic FM host Myleene Klass, who will not only serve as the host but also grace the stage with her own mesmerising performance.

Before the main event, Alex Mendham and his Orchestra will transport attendees back to the roaring ’20s with their infectious melodies, setting the stage for an evening of musical splendour.

An Ode to Broadway: A Night at the Musicals

Sunday brings forth the enchanting melodies of Broadway with A Night at the Musicals, featuring the Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra alongside a stellar lineup of guest singers.

Led by conductor Richard Balcombe and hosted by West End luminary Cassidy Janson, this magical evening promises to whisk audiences away on a journey through the timeless classics of musical theatre.

From showstopping solos to epic ensembles, fans will be treated to over 25 unforgettable songs spanning decades of musical history, with performances by acclaimed artists including Jenna Lee James, Sharon Rose, Ricardo Afonso, and Dean Chisnall, accompanied by the magnificent London Concert Chorus.

Jazz Under the Stars: Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Orchestra

The grand finale of Battersea Park in Concert is reserved for jazz aficionados, as Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Orchestra takes centre stage on the event’s final day. Led by the incomparable Pete Long, this legendary ensemble will dazzle audiences with their renditions of jazz classics, swinging numbers, and contemporary favourites, accompanied by a host of guest singers.

Prior to Ronnie Scott’s, attendees can bask in the soulful sounds of the London African Gospel Choir’s interpretation of Paul Simon’s Graceland album, followed by electrifying performances from jazz icons Claire Martin OBE and Ray Gelato.

The day culminates with Swinging at the Cotton Club, a vibrant tribute to the iconic nightlife of 1920s New York City, complete with a full swing band and dancers, promising an exhilarating conclusion to the weekend’s festivities.
