Inaugural Event with Michelin Star Chef Alex Dilling
The series started on the 18th of May with an unforgettable evening with Michelin Star Chef Alex Dilling from London’s Hotel Café Royal.
The tasting menu was carefully crafted to combine tradition and innovation, showcasing Santorini’s flavours through locally sourced ingredients grown in volcanic soil. Guests enjoyed each dish paired with fine wines from local vineyards against the stunning views of Santorini.
Chef Alex Dilling’s skills were on full display as he reinterpreted traditional Greek dishes with his own style. Each course was a reflection of his perfectionism, the flavours and presentation wowing even the most demanding palates.
