Annabel’s Celebrates Turning 4 With A Star-Studded ‘Studio 46’ Themed Party

Just last week, prestigious members-only club Annabel’s hosted a birthday soiree that guests lucky enough to attend will remember for the rest of their days.

For those of you who may not know, Annabel’s is one of London’s most prestigious members-only clubs and is often frequented by Hollywood icons, musicians, socialites, entrepreneurs, and even royalty.

Located in Mayfair, London, this all-day and all-night private members-only club epitomizes everything we know and love about luxury and decadence.

The club itself is furnished like a palace, it has established a global reputation founded on exceptional service, comfort, luxury, and entertainment, and it has hosted some of the most iconic events, parties, and gatherings, that old London town has ever seen.

A Birthday Party To Remember

Despite Annabel’s having been established in London back in 1963, in 2018 it was time for a change, and Annabel’s decided to relocate to a stunning Grade 1 listed Georgian mansion located at 46 Berkeley Square, just a stone’s throw away from where Annabel’s story first began in the early 1960s.

To commemorate its relocation, Annabel’s decided to host a birthday party to top all birthday parties. The club hosted a Studio 46 themed night to pay homage to iconic New York club Studio 54.

Annabel’s spared no expense for this event, as they transformed the entire club to recreate iconic scenes synonymous with Studio 54’s most famous moments, complete with disco chic, sparkly sequins, and live music from headline acts including Honey Dijon, The Pointer Sisters, and Moloko’s Roisin Murphy.

In attendance were countless celebrities including Hollywood, music, and fashion heavyweights including Naomi Campbell, Idris Elba, Richard Caring, Patricia Caring, Edward Enninful, Rod Stewart, Skepta, Holly Willoughby, Roisin Murphy, Mert Alas, Mimi Xu, Emma Weymouth, Jodie Harsh, Honey Dijon, and Claudia Cheng to name but a few.

No expense was spared when furnishing and decorating the club for this special event, and that really showed down to the very last detail. This was particularly evident in the Jungle Club, which was transformed into a 1970s discotheque, complete with an illuminated dancefloor, disco balls, and even, in true Annabel’s over-the-top style, a pink gorilla!

Cocktails Fit For Royalty

No party would be complete without drinks, and Annabel’s certainly provided these. A special occasion deserves special drinks so it will come as no surprise to learn that the cocktails available here were top tier.

Guests were treated to cocktails including the ‘White Horse’ which was made with Belsazar Riesling Vermouth, Ciroc Vodka, elderflower, and lemongrass cordial, all topped up with Dom Perignon champagne.

As well as cocktails, guests could sip on Dom Perignon champagne, along with a selection of wines, including Te Koko, and Rock Angel.

Guests partied until the early hours of the morning and enjoyed the kind of hospitality and environment that only Annabel’s offers.
