Introducing Chef Pravin Baban Gayke
Chef Pravin is an expert in the art of Indian cuisine, with over 14 years of experience working in top restaurants across Thailand and India. He began his career as a Commis Chef in Pune, India, and went on to specialise in Indian cuisine at the prestigious Hyatt Pune Hotel.
Chef Pravin then moved to Bangkok in 2014, where he worked as a Chef de Partie at Indian Host, an acclaimed Indian restaurant. He later joined the famous Amari Watergate Hotel and most recently served as Indian Sous Chef at Angsana Laguna Phuket.
The Flavours of India
At Savio, Chef Pravin showcases his skills by creating a range of mouth-watering Indian dishes, including fresh seafood, prime meats and Indian breads cooked in a traditional tandoor oven.
The menu features Tandoori Prawns, a Goa-style marinated banana prawn dish served with coconut chutney, Chicken Tikka Masala, a marinated chicken breast in a rich masala sauce with cashew nuts and coriander, and Tandoori Gobi & Mushrooms, a Hyderabad baingan dish with peanuts and tamarind sauce.
Guests can also savour Chef Pravin’s Thali of the Day, a collection of small dishes and dips served with rice, poppadums and chutneys.

Dinner is priced at THB 1,450++ on weekdays and THB 1,995++ on weekends. Kids aged 0-6 years old dine for free, making it an ideal destination for families.
