Ras Al Khaimah | United Arab Emirates
Perched on the summit of the United Arab Emirates’ tallest mountain, Jebel Jais, sits the new Bentley Pop-up Restaurant. This new restaurant is now officially the highest fine-dining restaurant in Arabia. When we say pop-up we really mean it! This once in a lifetime dining experience was only open for open days!
A small group of hand-picked VIP diners were selected to experience the ‘pinnacle’ in fine-dining. Created by world-famous chef, Colin Clague, the menu that was served saw classic British dishes reinvented with a Middle Eastern influence. Sat 1,934 metres above sea level and was styled in keeping with a traditional Arabic tent.

The Bentley Pop-up Restaurant was launched in celebration of the all-new Continental GT in the Middle East. Constructed on the summit of Jebel Jais in Ras Al Khaimah, the restaurant could be reached by the twisting roads that lead up to the specially-built structure. The Highest Fine-Dining Restaurant in Arabia sat at 1,934 metres above sea level.

Boasting with spectacular panoramic views, the Bentley Pop-up Restaurant was furnished with meticulously chosen contemporary furniture and decorated with sumptuous materials creating a truly unique and bespoke feel. Chef Colin Clague created a bespoke five-course menu taking inspiration from the luxury and performance traditions of Bentley and its illustrious history in Grand Touring. Clague has worked with and at some of the finest Middle Eastern restaurants such as Zuma, Ruya as well as at the Burj Al Arab. He commented:
“Working with Bentley – which is a British icon – on such an innovative project has been a very unique experience. Over the course of my career I’ve worked in many kitchens in many countries across the globe, but I’ve never served dinner in a completely bespoke restaurant on the highest mountain in the UAE. It’s certainly a moment I will never forget.”
