Pankaj brings over 23 years of experience to the resort and is a talented hospitality expert, having honed his skills in the kitchens of leading hotels, including the renowned Burj Al Arab in Dubai.

Pankaj Bisht’s arrival comes as Hyatt Regency Danang Resort & Spa prepares to unveil a series of new and reimagined experiences, including a chic beach club, Vive Océane, that is set to become the first beach club restaurant of its kind in Danang.
