Jorge Lorenzo Collects New Lamborghini Urus S

Spanish motorcycle racing legend, Jorge Lorenzo, who won 47 MotoGP races, has collected his new Urus S from Lamborghini’s La Prima customer experience.

Lorenzo, a five-time world champion, visited the Italian super sports car maker’s factory in Sant’Agata Bolognese for a full factory immersion before collecting his Urus S.

Jorge Lorenzo, who was recently inducted into the MotoGP Hall of Fame, says Lamborghini is one of the most iconic automotive brands in Italy, representing the most extreme sports car one can have. He chose the Urus S, which he calls a true sports car with comfort and safety features. The Urus S is powered by a 4.0-litre, 666 CV twin-turbo V8 engine and can accelerate to 100 km/h in 3.5 seconds.

The La Prima program allows customers to collect their new Lamborghini from the factory and customize their visit, including a guided VIP tour through the production facilities.

Jorge Lorenzo’s visit included exploring Lamborghini’s recently expanded carbon fibre facility, a tour of the production lines for Urus and Revuelto, the company’s newly announced super sports car, and a visit to the recently renewed Lamborghini Museum.

Lorenzo chose a stealthy exterior for his Urus S, with Nero Helene as the principal exterior colour and Nero Ade as the primary interior hue. Giallo Taurus yellow stitching on the steering wheel and seatbelts add colour to the interior. Lorenzo finds Lamborghini to be an emotional car that really lights one’s flame.

Since its launch in 2018, the Lamborghini Urus has been the most successful model in the company’s history. The Urus S delivers authentic Lamborghini driving dynamics and searing performance, with power sent to all four wheels using a variable all-wheel-drive system.

Jorge Lorenzo’s visit to the Lamborghini factory and collection of his new Urus S is an example of Lamborghini’s dedication to providing a customer experience that goes beyond expectations.
