Planning a trip to see the glitz and glamor of Las Vegas? Check out our guide and pick up key tips for navigating the most luxurious places in Las Vegas.

Vegas in 2025? It’s a whole different ballgame from what people experienced even five years ago. The level of luxury has reached almost ridiculous heights, with options that cater to those who consider money no object.

Where the Ultra-Rich Sleep

Let’s talk about hotels. Not the standard five-star spots, the places where celebrities hide out and tech billionaires drop six figures without blinking.

The Palms has this thing called the Empathy Suite that costs, wait for it,$100,000 per night. Yes, per NIGHT. Designed by Damien Hirst, it’s essentially living inside an art gallery with a butler. Is it worth it? For mere mortals, absolutely not. But apparently Silicon Valley types argue over who gets to book it for New Year’s, so clearly someone’s paying.

The Nobu Villa at Caesars Palace is slightly less insane at “only” about $35,000 nightly. The Japanese-inspired space feels intimate despite being massive. The zen garden offers a genuine moment of peace amid the Vegas chaos.

The newest kid on the block is Celestial Towers at The Venetian. The rooms literally learn guest habits. Temperature adjusts automatically based on preferences, lights dim at bedtime without touching a switch, and baths might start running right when you’re thinking about one. Creepy but cool.

Food

Vegas used to be about cheap buffets. Now? It’s a legit foodie paradise.

Joël Robuchon at MGM Grand is still king, three Michelin stars that they absolutely deserve. Their 16-course tasting menu costs $595, and most people feel physical pain paying that. Worth it, though. The potato purée is literally just fancy mashed potatoes, but somehow it is life-changing.

The hottest table in town is at Éclat. Daniel Humm’s new spot has a year-long waitlist, unless you know someone who knows someone. They grow herbs on a vertical farm right in the restaurant. Very 2025, very delicious.

Top tip: skip Sublimotion at the Bellagio unless there’s $2,000 burning a hole in your pocket and you really love dinner theater. The room transforms between courses, but after all that tech wizardry, most guests still leave hungry. Go figure.

Shows That’ll Make Your Jaw Drop

Entertainment in Vegas has gotten wild. And not just slightly upgraded Cirque shows.

“Nexus” at the MGM Sphere is legitimately mind-blowing. They spent $165 million on it and every penny shows. The performers interact with holograms that sometimes make it impossible to tell what’s real. Even jaded Vegas regulars have been caught gasping out loud.

For something less flashy, there’s this thing at The Cosmopolitan called the Secret Speakeasy. Basically, A-list musicians show up unannounced and play for tiny crowds. Visitors have been tipped off by Uber drivers or hotel staff and suddenly found themselves watching Grammy winners with maybe 200 other people. Phones get locked in pouches, so don’t expect to find clips on social media.

Where the Real Gambling Happens

OK, let’s talk about casinos. Not the main floors where tourists feed quarters into slots. The hidden high-roller rooms most visitors never even see.

The Venetian’s Paiza Club and ARIA’s Salon Privé are like entering another world. Whisper-quiet, perfect service, and minimum bets that would make most people’s stomachs flip. These rooms are for people who consider $10,000 chips pocket change.

It’s surreal watching someone lose $300,000 in a single hand while looking completely unbothered. If you ever find yourself in these rooms (congrats on your life choices), make sure you know the rankings of poker hands before sitting down. Nothing screams “tourist” louder than asking if a flush beats a straight.

The vibe in these places is nothing like the chaos downstairs. It’s eerily calm, almost like a library where occasionally someone wins enough to buy a small island.

Recovery Spots for the Morning After

Vegas isn’t just about overindulgence anymore,it’s also about recovery. After a night out, there’s no shortage of places to detox.

The Waldorf Astoria spa is next-level bougie with treatments using actual diamond dust. Facials there cost more than some used cars, but the glow supposedly lasts for days.

According to Forbes, luxury wellness tourism is growing rapidly, hitting $919 billion globally. Vegas has jumped on this trend hard. Canyon Ranch at The Venetian is basically a small city dedicated to wellness,134,000 square feet of people trying to undo whatever they did the night before.

Their new cryotherapy recovery suites are particularly popular with the celebrity crowd. For $2,000 a day, anyone can freeze their hangover away while pretending it’s for “wellness reasons.”

Getting Around

Transportation in Vegas has become part of the show-off experience.

The Wynn will shuttle guests around in Rolls-Royces for those staying in their premium suites. Bellagio keeps helicopters on standby for airport transfers or Grand Canyon flyovers. Because apparently, a regular taxi is just too pedestrian in 2025 Vegas.

For the “I’ll drive myself” types, exotic car rentals are everywhere. Royalty Exotic Cars will rent a Lamborghini for what a decent hotel room used to cost. Guys in cargo shorts picking up Ferraris, that’s peak Vegas right there.

Make It Your Own (If You Can Afford It)

The true luxury in Vegas is about customization, not just throwing money around.

Companies like Pure Private have concierges who can make almost anything happen. Want to shop at Dior at 3 AM? They’ll arrange it. Need a specific vintage wine with dinner? They’re on it.

The best Vegas experiences now are the ones you won’t find on websites. The private dining rooms, the back-door entrances, the unlisted experiences.

So is 2025 Vegas worth the splurge? If you’ve got the cash, absolutely. The city has never been more over-the-top or more capable of creating those “nobody will believe this happened” moments. Just remember to bring a platinum card. Or three.
