The Penhaligon’s X Fever-Tree takeover at Bluebird’s upstairs bar began on Thursday, April 13th, where guests can indulge in an abundance of florals and botanicals that reflect the spirit of springtime.
Limited-Edition Menu and Fragrance Profiling
Guests can choose from a unique, limited-edition menu featuring four Penhaligon fragrances, each served with a vibrant and seasonal British-inspired flavour, accompanied by a range of Fever-Tree’s flavoured sodas and tonics.
With every cocktail purchase, guests will receive a fragrance profiling in-house, a journey of the senses that identifies their personality and mood, and recommends a personalized pairing recommendation of which cocktail and fragrance is best suited for them.
Cocktails to Savor
The cocktails are to be enjoyed throughout the restaurant in the bar and on Bluebird’s terrace.
The Luna Spritz, The Favourite Paloma, The Juniper Sling G&T, and Highgrove Bouquet Spritz (named after King Charles III‘s private residence) are crafted to reflect the unique and bespoke flavour profile of the Penhaligon fragrance and take inspiration from the botanicals used in Fever-Tree mixers.
Each sip of the limited edition cocktail menu offers guests a memorable and tailor-made experience.
Spring Afternoon G&Tea
In partnership with Fever-Tree, Bluebird Chelsea also offers Spring Afternoon G&Tea, a delightful afternoon tea for £32 per person.
The menu begins with a selection of sandwiches, from rare breed hen egg, mustard cress & truffle to Scottish smoked salmon & cream cheese.
The menu follows with warm scones, Easter BonBons, Mini Hot Cross Buns, and Mango, Passion Fruit Easter Egg Macaroons with pistachio, with the choice of various tea-infused, gin-based cocktails with Fever-Tree sodas and tonics, an ideal boozy afternoon tea.
Floral Haven and King’s Road Institution
Bluebird’s upstairs bar is transformed into a floral haven, capturing the blooming nature of the three British brands, to create a memorable and magical ambience for guests.
The Penhaligons X Fever Tree collaboration at Bluebird Chelsea is a limited-edition event and is available from April to May as a spring exclusive in the bar and on the terrace.
