Bugatti, the renowned luxury car manufacturer, is gearing up for a significant expansion and development at its headquarters in Molsheim, France.
This strategic move is part of Bugatti’s ongoing investment program aimed at propelling the brand into a new era of automobile production, surpassing the success of the iconic Chiron. Scheduled for completion in the second half of 2024, the addition of a new facility adjacent to the Atelier will further enhance Bugatti’s operations and support the production of groundbreaking vehicles like the Bolide and the W16 Mistral. Additionally, this expansion will accommodate future-focused projects under the Bugatti Rimac partnership.
The upcoming facility will span two floors, covering a generous area of 2,120 square meters. Besides providing Bugatti employees with a unique gathering space, the new facility will facilitate more efficient project management and introduce new team members to the brand. In line with its growth ambitions, Bugatti is embarking on a global recruitment campaign, with a particular focus on attracting talent to Molsheim.
The brand aims to bolster departments such as quality control, planning, logistics, and production. In line with this, Bugatti has successfully launched an apprenticeship program, which has rapidly filled all available trainee positions. By the end of 2027, Bugatti plans to increase its workforce at the Molsheim headquarters by over 50%.
