Recently the who’s who of London society (and beyond) all flocked to Isabel Mayfair for the launch of the European launch of WOMAN by Ralph Lauren. The A-list guest list included such well known celebrities and personalities such as Tamsin Egerton, Sharon Horgan, Jessica Chastain, Rose McGowan and Joanne Froggatt only to name a few.
The Dragon Room at one of Mayfair’s go-to spots, Isabel Mayfair, was transformed into a floral wonder-world for the launch. The room was filled with Tuberoses and a various number of other blooming florals, in white and bold colours as well as rich woods that all underlined the scent of the new fragrance. The WOMAN by Ralph Lauren fragrance is a bold yet feminine scent that has been inspired by female empowerment. The launch was also used as a platform to introduce the new initiative meant to provoke important discussions about women and leadership named #LeadLikeaWoman.
Beginning in May 2018, Lead Like A Woman will debut a series of three digital short films meant to provoke important discussions about women and leadership. The films, featuring an all-female cast and crew, will be shared across digital and social media platforms. Followers will be encouraged to define leadership in their own words, using #leadlikeawoman.

Dotted throughout the event were large scale fragrance bottles that were clearly inspired from the traditional shape of a flask. These fabulous pieces were adorned with rose gold accents.
