From May 13th, coinciding with World Cocktail Day, to June 13th, MGallery will immerse patrons in a captivating celebration of mixology.
Across all its venues, the renowned brand will bedeck itself in the vibrant hues of World Cocktail Month, offering an array of local activations and an unparalleled cocktail selection.
Hotel Bars: Hubs of Sociability and Creativity
MGallery hotel bars stand as quintessential hubs where travellers and locals converge, fostering connections and nurturing ideas. These spaces epitomize a vibrant synergy, embodied by mixologists meticulously trained over six to twelve months.
This dedication underscores the ingenuity of MGallery’s bartenders, who infuse life into these venues, forging exclusive bonds with patrons who revel in their craft.
According to Catherine Cherabieh, Vice-President of the MGallery Hotel Collection, “Creativity is expressed everywhere in MGallery Hotel bars. Mixology is an ideal way to summon the essence of a place through sight, smell, and taste. It’s a universe that demands real expertise: over the years, we have built an expert team of local mixologists.”
Ten Exquisite Creations: A Journey Through MGallery Destinations
For this special occasion, master mixologist Matthias Giroud has curated a collection of ten cocktails and mocktails, each paying homage to a pivotal MGallery destination:

- The Brazilian Rainforest: Reflecting the lush hues of the Amazon.
- The Chinese Elixir (mocktail): Featuring a bamboo leaf reminiscent of the Great Wall of China.
- The Love Letter from Provence: Infused with the essence of lavender, evoking the charm of Provence.
- The Italian Limonaia: Adorned with an ice cube mirroring the lean of the Tower of Pisa.
- The Moroccan Oasis (mocktail): Drawing inspiration from the Sahara’s majestic dunes.
- The Polish Harvest: A tribute to Kraków’s Main Square rooftops.
- The Sunfire in Thailand: Reflecting the grandeur of Bangkok’s Grand Palace.
- The Cappadocian Lantern (mocktail): Featuring colourful ice spheres reminiscent of Turkish hot air balloons.

Matthias Giroud, Head Mixologist, shares, “MGallery and I wanted to create a flavorful journey, inspired by the raw ingredients of each country. Each of our signature cocktails and mocktails will embark you on a multi-sensory experience.”
Immersive Events: A Feast for the Senses
Throughout World Cocktail Month, MGallery hotels will host a plethora of events to captivate guests. Weekly masterclasses will offer participants insights into mixology, allowing them to craft at least two cocktails under the guidance of expert mixologists.
Special weeks dedicated to mocktails will encourage the exploration of sophisticated non-alcoholic beverages. Patrons can also indulge in culinary cocktails, marrying traditional cocktails with kitchen ingredients like fresh herbs and spices.
In collaboration with chefs, the hotels’ restaurants will present bespoke food-cocktail pairings, showcasing local produce in both drinks and dishes. The festivities commenced at the Admiral Hotel Manila – MGallery, with two days brimming with discovery.
Guests indulged in cocktails in the presidential suite before embarking on a vintage car tour of the old town. The celebrations will culminate with an event at The Bodrum Hotel Yalikavak, an MGallery establishment in Turkey.
Tan Dat Nguyen, mixologist at Hôtel des Arts Saigon – MGallery, emphasises, “A good cocktail also depends on the way it is served.”
A Commitment to Sustainability
Beyond the artistry of mixology, MGallery is dedicated to fostering sustainability behind the bar. Embracing a zero-waste approach, the brand advocates for holistic practices: from utilising whole products to composting organic waste and prioritising local, seasonal ingredients.
Notably, MGallery’s signature cocktail recipes are being revamped to comprise at least 40% local alcohol. Furthermore, the brand champions ‘creative’ recycling, and repurposing powders, shavings, and peels in innovative recipes.
In conclusion, MGallery’s celebration of World Cocktail Month is a testament to its dedication to the art of mixology, innovation, and sustainability.
Through expertly crafted cocktails and immersive events, patrons are invited to embark on a sensory journey that transcends borders and cultures. As MGallery continues to redefine the hotel bar experience, its commitment to excellence and responsible practices ensures that every sip taken is not only a delight to the palate but also a step towards a more sustainable future.
Cheers to an unforgettable month of celebration and discovery at MGallery’s esteemed establishments worldwide.
