Other notable additions include the Blossom & Tonic (£13.50), which combines Japanese Blossom Gin with Sake & Lychee Cordial and Rhubarb & Raspberry Tonic for a refreshing spring libation. The Butterfly Garden (£13) offers a more fruit-forward approach with Japanese Blossom Gin, Plum Sake, Lemon Juice, Strawberry Syrup and Raspberries.
