The Dorchester has assembled three of London’s most accomplished wellness specialists for a new residency programme at its Mayfair spa. The lineup includes award-winning facialist Natasha Clancy of KICHI Skin, reflexologist Marzena Zawadzka, and acupuncturist-physiotherapist Renata Nunes, each bringing treatments available nowhere else in the city.
This is The Dorchester doing what it does best: curating expertise rather than simply offering services. The hotel has long understood that its guests don’t want a spa menu; they want access to people who are genuinely exceptional at what they do. And that’s precisely what this programme delivers.
KICHI Skin by Natasha Clancy
Natasha Clancy has built her reputation on results that speak for themselves. Her client list reads like a who’s who of A-list talent and the beauty editors who write about them. She works at the intersection of Korean technology and medical-grade devices, creating facials that lift, sculpt and regenerate skin at every level.
Two treatments have been developed exclusively for The Dorchester: the KICHI Exo Ice Lift and KICHI Exo Ice Infusion. Both use 5 billion E50 exosomes, a cutting-edge ingredient that delivers the kind of visible rejuvenation that keeps her calendar perpetually full. Treatments start from £750 and are available Thursdays and Fridays from 9am.
Marzena Zawadzka
Reflexology can mean many things, but Zawadzka’s approach sits firmly in the therapeutic rather than the pampering camp. Her specialisms include A.R.T., nerve reflexology, spinal reflexology, and pregnancy reflexology, each treatment calibrated to the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of the individual on her table.
The personalised nature of her work has earned a devoted following among clients who return again and again for her particular ability to restore balance. Sessions start from £250 for 60 minutes, available Tuesdays from 10am to 4pm.
Renata Nunes
Renata Nunes brings over two decades of clinical experience to her practice, with full accreditation from the Health and Care Professions Council and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy. Her work spans acupuncture, cupping, and therapeutic massage, but the real distinction is her integrated approach, treating physical, emotional and energetic systems as interconnected rather than separate concerns.
Her principal offering, Bespoke Therapy, combines acupuncture, cupping and therapeutic massage to release tension and activate the body’s natural healing processes. First appointments run 75 minutes to allow for a proper consultation. Her GlowYIN Facial Acupuncture pairs facial and systemic acupuncture with LED light therapy to stimulate collagen production and restore luminosity. Treatments begin at £310 for 75 minutes, with follow-ups from £250 for 60 minutes. She’s in residence Fridays from 10am to 7pm.
The Dorchester Spa
The spa itself provides an appropriate stage for this calibre of practitioner. Treatment rooms include two double suites for those booking together, plus a manicure-pedicure studio and a relaxation space designed for lingering. The Spatisserie offers light refreshments in refined surroundings, and a state-of-the-art gym means wellness can be part of a broader visit rather than a single appointment.
This programme follows the hotel’s successful residency with Anu Khapung, and signals The Dorchester’s ongoing commitment to hosting practitioners whose work genuinely warrants the trip to Park Lane. For guests who have come to expect substance alongside style, that’s exactly as it should be.
