After the band’s self-imposed hiatus and a new name, the Leeds cult band allusinlove is back… and boy are they back! The edgy four member-band is perhaps best described as a tribute band. Not in the sense that they honour or pay tribute to other artists but rather that they should be described as a rock ‘n’ roll tribute band. From their sound to their look and their performances, its pure unadulterated rock ‘n’ roll and that they embody everything it originally stood for. A throwback to a time when these artists lived the lifestyle, were unaffected by commercial influences and its dilution.
Their new single ‘All My Love’ is a roaring classic rock anthem that makes you want to grab a bottle of Jack and join the party. The sound in itself is reminiscent of the great age of the rock band with the look to match. The grainy film with vintage-inspired influences and the short-cuts (as some of us old enough to recall) was very much of the age. Watch the allusinlove – All My Love official video below:
Allusinlove is made up of Jason Moules (Vocals/Guitar), Andrej Pavlovic (Guitar), Jemal Beau Malki (Bass) and Connor Fisher-Atack (Drums). The band recently had a February full UK tour after which they are set to play their London headline debut at Camden Assembly on April 12th. Following this, they will hit the road for a further 5 UK dates in May.
With the new single having just been released it was already announced that the band will be releasing live recordings from their recent residency at the Brudenell Social Club as a ‘Live From Leeds’ album. The announcement has confirmed that the album will drop on 22 March. With such a great succession of new music and tour dates announced, it’s safe to expect plenty of great material from this band in 2019.
