His impressive career includes three years as the Head Chef of the Royal Opera House, as well as valuable experience gained at Gordon Ramsay’s Maze Grill in Mayfair.
Expressing his enthusiasm about his new role, Sofiane shares, “I am thrilled to be part of such a creative environment that fuels my passion for pushing the boundaries of culinary art. Being surrounded by art and collaborating with resident artists has inspired me to infuse the colours and textures into this exciting new menu.”
Collaborating with Artists for a Unique Culinary Experience
In addition to the main menu, Sofiane will join forces with the hotel’s latest Artist in Residence, Lana Matsuyama, to curate a special set menu that celebrates their collaborative spirit.
