A Thai Adventure and a Stint with Hyatt

Seeking new horizons, Chef Pierre ventured to Thailand where he assumed the role of Chef de Cuisine at Meatlicious by Gaggan, a prestigious restaurant in Bangkok.

Subsequently, in 2016, he joined the esteemed Hyatt family for the first time as Chef de Cuisine at Park Hyatt Bangkok. His remarkable talent and dedication garnered admiration during his five-year tenure at this flagship Thai hotel, ultimately leading to his appointment as Executive Chef at Hyatt Regency Koh Samui in 2021.
