Originally from Évian, nestled in the picturesque French Alps, he has honed his craft alongside culinary legends such as Santi Santamaria at Can Fabes in Barcelona and Alain Ducasse at the renowned Le Louis XV and Le Grill in Monaco. Now, Chef Jerome is excited to share the essence of the Mediterranean coast with downtown Bangkok.

A Date to Remember
Casia will officially open its doors to diners on 14th June 2023, with reservations being accepted from 1st June 2023. Initially, the restaurant will serve dinner from Wednesday to Sunday, between 18.00 and 22.00 hours.
As Casia continues to flourish, it will expand its operating hours to include lunch service, catering to a wide range of occasions, from impressive business lunches to memorable family gatherings and romantic evenings.
