La Dame de Pic London’s Six-Course Caviar Menu with Anne-Sophie Pic

Anne-Sophie Pic, the most decorated female Michelin-starred chef in the world, is teaming up with the legendary caviar house, Petrossian, to host an exclusive culinary event at La Dame de Pic London this spring.

On May 4th, the award-winning chef and her Brigade de Cuisine, led by Head Chef Evens Lopez, will take guests on a gastronomic journey that combines La Dame de Pic’s unique French culinary flair with the sophisticated flavours of Petrossian caviar.

Guests will indulge in a six-course tasting menu paired with a selection of fine caviar, including Daurenki Tsar Impérial Caviar, Ossetra Impérial Caviar and Baika Impérial Caviar, perfectly complementing some of the celebrated chef’s signature dishes, such as the White Asparagus and Seabass Caviar.

The Seabass Caviar is an iconic family recipe, first created by her father Jacques Pic in 1971 and passed down to Anne-Sophie, who reimagined the dish with sake, lie de sake and rose. Meanwhile, the White Asparagus is a modern signature, marinated with Stichelton, and features cured Iberica Pork Belly, as well as blackcurrant and elderflower sabayon.

To complement the dynamic menu, guests will have access to a stunning and diverse beverage pairing, featuring iconic labels such as Krug Vintage, Jean-Louis Chave, Chateau d’Yquem and more.

The unique collaboration between Anne-Sophie Pic and Petrossian arose from the chef’s lifelong passion for using caviar as an ingredient in her cooking, inspired by her father’s use of the exclusive product in his Seabass Caviar dish, as well as her great admiration for Petrossian as a celebrated French Maison.

Petrossian is renowned across the world by connoisseurs and professionals who share their passion for caviar and fine foods, trusting in the historic expertise of the family.

La Dame de Pic London, located at Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square, is the only UK restaurant from acclaimed French Chef Anne-Sophie Pic. The restaurant showcases her passion for unexpected flavour combinations, with a focus on seasonal and local ingredients.

Within just eight months of opening, the restaurant achieved its first Michelin Star in the Michelin Guide Great Britain and Ireland 2018, and two years later, was awarded its second Michelin Star. The restaurant has since maintained its two-star status, with the rating most recently awarded in 2023.

The six-course caviar tasting menu is priced at £340 per person, and the beverage pairing is priced at £310 per person. Both options are available for dinner only on Thursday, May 4th, 2023.
