Lamborghini’s Milestone Year
In the backdrop of this eventful year, Lamborghini commemorated the remarkable success of the V10-powered Huracán and its derivatives, with a staggering 24,048 units sold since its initial launch in 2014. Notably, the Huracán Sterrato, a true embodiment of off-road prowess, saw all 1499 units completely sold out.
The Lamborghini Huracán Evo Spyder, STO, Tecnica, and Sterrato embarked on their journey from The Lamborghini Lounge Porto Cervo, located along the picturesque Promenade du Port. Over the course of a 300-kilometer drive, they commanded attention on the stunning roads of Sardinia. This marked the fifth consecutive year of Lamborghini Lounge Porto Cervo’s warm welcome to Lamborghini owners visiting Costa Smeralda, in addition to extending greetings to potential new customers through exclusive events and thrilling driving experiences.
Within the Lamborghini Lounge, guests were enveloped in the essence of Lamborghini, with the distinct Lamborghini fragrance permeating every corner. Lamborghini’s Vision for the Future
In this significant year, as Lamborghini celebrates 60 years since its inception in 1963, the brand looks ahead to the next phase of Direzione Cor Tauri. This strategic roadmap for electrification aims to hybridize the V12, with the introduction of the Revuelto.
Cor Tauri encapsulates Lamborghini’s future vision, first with the farewell to the combustion engine this year, followed by the world premieres of the first Urus PHEV in the early part of the next year and the introduction of a PHEV successor to the Huracán in the latter half of 2024. The journey will culminate with the launch of the first all-electric Super SUV by the end of the decade, along with the debut of a pure-electric high-ground-clearance Gran Turismo boasting 2+2 seating—a concept unveiled in August at The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering.
