Introducing Japanese-Peruvian Cuisine to Morocco

Nobu Marrakech offers a fresh take on the iconic Nobu menu with herbs, spices, and fruits sourced from the vibrant markets located just moments away from the hotel.

The Marrakech Omakase menu, which translates to “I’ll leave it up to you” in Japanese, treats diners to a multi-course tasting menu of cold and hot dishes, sushi, and desserts. The menu is seasonally adjusted to ensure that the ingredients used are at their finest.

Guests can expect an array of unique dishes exclusive to Nobu Marrakech, including Roasted Monkfish, Şifa and Hijiki Dry Miso, Grilled Josper Oven Sole with a local Coriander Dressing, and Roasted Turbot in Rosemary, finished with a delicately spiced Saffron Dashi Cream.

Meat lovers can also indulge in the Baby Chicken with Roasted Cabbage and Aromatic Cumin Dressing and the Slow-Cooked Lamb Tacos with Mint Creamy Spicy Sauce. And for dessert, there’s the Camel Milk Ice Cream with Tempura Date and Chocolate and Date Harumaki – a perfect blend of sweet and crispy Japanese Spring rolls.

Local Flavours in Nobu Bar & Lounge

Aside from the restaurant, Nobu Marrakech also features a bar and lounge area where guests can unwind with an extensive selection of cocktails inspired by local flavours.

The Ras el Hanout, Honey & Ginger Margarita is a must-try, which contrasts sweet and fruity notes with the richness of a classic Moroccan spice. The Marrakech Sazerac is also popular, showcasing local dark raisins’ smooth and powerful flavour.

Nobu’s talented bartenders have also cleverly created a selection of cocktails each inspired by a story, such as the Only Lovers Left Alive, a gin-based cocktail with the flavours of sweet almond, orange blossom water, and citrus.
