Victoria Beckham Spring Summer 2019 | London Fashion Week

London | United Kingdom

There has been a countless number of celebrity ‘designers’ over the years that have launched their labels to try and cement themselves as fashion creators rather than just displayers of fashion. Their fashion fame usually is either ill-received or short-lived. That being said, the force that is Victoria Beckham is not counted amongst them. The Victoria Beckham Spring Summer 2019 collection marks the brand’s 10 year anniversary and it is going from strength to strength.

Throughout the last 9 years Beckham has mainly showcased her collections at New York Fashion Week, but this year was something special. To mark the brand’s decade long existence, the Victoria Beckham Spring Summer 2019 collection saw a homecoming and as such was produced at London Fashion Week. The light and airy collection blends the line between ultra-stylish and practical. The pieces have been designed for the girl on the go. These are pieces that you can comfortably travel in and emerge on the other side looking refreshed and well put together. The combination of masculine and feminine silhouettes (a Victoria Beckham staple) creates the perfect uniform for the woman who knows her power without loosing her femininity. The blend between blazers, fitted knitwear, cigarette pants slit up the front and loose fitting suits together with lace camis and sexy florals illustrated this perfectly.
