On the 6th and 7th of March 2024, Cecchini and Bottega di Carna’s Head Chef Kenny Huang will join forces with local culinary stalwarts, Bold & Braised, for a unique hawker pop-up at Maxwell Food Centre.
This collaboration aims to showcase the intersection of Italian and Singaporean culinary cultures, with a shared commitment to sustainable cooking practices.

The Maxwell Centre pop-up will feature an exclusive selection of paninis crafted with Cecchini’s signature Profumo del Chianti Salt and olive oil, alongside homemade bread from the Tuscany Pane Rosetta recipe.

Panino con Guancia di Manzo (Beef Cheek Sandwich) £6.50: A testament to Bottega di Carna’s commitment to utilising all parts of the cow, this panini features beef cheeks slow-cooked over 16 hours with Italian Sangiovese red wine from the Chianti region, offering a symphony of rich flavours.
Braised Pork Belly Panino £6.50: A collaborative creation with Bold & Braised, this panino showcases their signature pork belly, marinated in herbs and spices for one day and braised for another, resulting in melt-in-your-mouth tenderness.
